High Point Cross Country Ski Center lodge is CLOSED until we receive more
snow. The 2 inches of new snow last night is not enough to open.

The BIG snow falls happen at our other ski area -
SALMON HILLS, NY! Check out the web pages.

We just need half the snow brought down from Salmon Hills to High Point
www.salmonhills.com The differences between the two ski centers are about 30 feet of snow (soon), hence longer ski season, lodging,
more trails, skijoring, a few ski races, ice climbing, kite skiing, and spring/summer/fall outdoor adventure activities.
Your season ski passes work for both places.

Nordic refresher with Jim Cowell our head of ski patrol. Welcome all new
patrollers! We now have 50+ patrollers at High Point with dual support
from Mt. Creek, Hidden Valley, Shawnee, Camelback and Blue Mt.
A special "THANK YOU" goes out to the patrolers and ski instructors (voulnteers) that have helped clear the trails
and move into the ski lodge.
Check our events schedule
for the 2008/09 winter season.
Rollerskiing is fun, and it helps you stay in great shape for snow
skiing. Learning to rollerski is easy for a person already cross country skiing.
Contact Hans regarding "Nordic
Roller" rollerskis.
Bill Koch Youth Ski League is a great program for kids 12 years old and younger.
